TaxDome We use TaxDome as our secure client portal for existing clients only. Any documents, financial records, or communications shared through TaxDome are governed by TaxDome's privacy policy in addition to our own.

Stripe We use Stripe to process payments for our services. When you make a purchase, your payment information is submitted directly to Stripe and is never stored by The Tara CPA Firm. Stripe's privacy policy can be found at stripe.com/privacy.

Terms for TaxMove

1.  Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using TaxMove ("the Software"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") between you and The Tara CPA Firm, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Louisiana ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Software.

These Terms apply to all users of TaxMove, including purchasers, subscribers, and any individual who accesses the Software.

2.  Educational & Informational Purpose Only

TaxMove is designed and provided solely for educational and informational purposes. The Software, its content, features, tools, calculators, and outputs:

• Do NOT constitute CPA advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or any other form of professional advice;

• Do NOT create any professional-client relationship between you and The Tara CPA Firm, LLC or any of its members, employees, or affiliates;

• Are NOT a substitute for advice from a licensed CPA, attorney, tax professional, or other qualified advisor;

• May not reflect the most current tax laws, IRS regulations, or state-specific requirements.

You acknowledge that tax laws are complex and subject to change. The Company strongly encourages you to consult a licensed and qualified professional for guidance specific to your personal or business circumstances.

3.  Subscription & Billing

3.1  Subscription Plans

TaxMove is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize The Tara CPA Firm, LLC (or its designated payment processor) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select at the time of purchase.

3.2  Recurring Charges

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, as selected) unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

3.3  Price Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes. Continued use of the Software after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

4.  Refund Policy

The Company offers refunds subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within three (3) days of the original purchase or most recent renewal date.

• Refund requests submitted after the applicable window has passed will not be honored.

• Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Upon a confirmed refund, your access to TaxMove will be revoked. The Company reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.

5.  Founders Launch: Promotional Beta Pricing

FOUNDERS LAUNCH ACKNOWLEDGMENT: This section applies to users who have purchased TaxMove during the Founders Launch promotional period.

By purchasing TaxMove during the Founders Launch period, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are receiving access to TaxMove at a special promotional (discounted) price available exclusively during the Founders Launch / beta round.

• TaxMove is currently in a beta phase of development. The Software may contain bugs, incomplete features, or other limitations not present in a final release version.

• The Company will honor your promotional Founders Launch pricing for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted. If your subscription lapses, is cancelled, or is otherwise interrupted for any reason, the promotional pricing will no longer apply and you will be subject to the then-current standard subscription rates upon reactivation.

• The Company may release updated, modified, or expanded versions of TaxMove in the future, which may be offered at different pricing tiers.

• Your feedback and testimonials as a Founders Launch participant is welcomed and may be used to improve the Software or share publicly. Participation does not entitle you to additional compensation or equity.

• The Company makes no guarantee regarding the timing, features, or availability of any future version of TaxMove.

You understand and accept these conditions as a material part of your Founders Launch purchase.

6.  User Responsibilities

As a User of TaxMove, you agree to:

• Use the Software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms;

• Not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Software without prior written consent from the Company;

• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software;

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access;

• Not use the Software to provide professional tax, legal, or accounting advice to third parties.

7.  Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, branding, and materials within TaxMove, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software code, and design, are the exclusive property of The Tara CPA Firm, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Software.

8.  Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TARA CPA FIRM, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The Company does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any results obtained from its use will be accurate or reliable.

9.  Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TARA CPA FIRM, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE TAXMOVE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In no event shall the Company's total liability to you for all claims related to the Software exceed the total amount you paid to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10.  Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Tara CPA Firm, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Software, your violation of these Terms, or any reliance you place on information provided through TaxMove.

11.  Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Software shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Louisiana, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

12.  Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Software. Your continued use of TaxMove after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13.  Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your access to TaxMove at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

By purchasing or accessing TaxMove, User confirms that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. The user acknowledges that TaxMove is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute CPA, tax, or legal advice. If I am a Founders Launch participant, I further acknowledge that I am receiving promotional beta pricing and accept the conditions described in Section 5.
